For example, if you began your fitness routine walking for 20 minutes a day, after three or four weeks try 25 minutes. Once that becomes too easy try 30 minutes.

  1. Tamarcus you have done an admiral job with this post. Is there a way to get this app on an android or is it strictly Itunes? Thank you for giving a base challenge for people to work with. So often I have seen people try to just jump right into exercising only to hurt themselves by trying too hard. I hope you have had a great semester and continue on the path you are on.
